Chueh (Awareness): If one can distinguish between positive and negative, between good and bad, and then chooses to follow the good while abandoning the bad, this is an exercise of awareness. If one can purify one's soul to decrease desires, cultivate self-nature unto perfection, and gain foreknowledge of good and bad fortunes, this is the result of a sincere mind bringing forth enlightenment.
