Ren (Forbearance): At times of annoyance, one feels the pain of frustration. Lack of restraint and loss of temper may bring life-long regrets. Stay calm and accept what others cannot; refrain from anger and hatred; resist feeling of humiliation; be tolerant, broad-minded, and able to endure what others cannot; then anger and frustration will naturally dissolve. Realize that many succeed because they exercise patience, and many fail due to lack of patience.
